Yes. Most consumer AI devices can be ordered from 1 pc at a transparent sample price, and commercial terminals are available as 1–5 pilot units. Samples let you check quality, test the market and shoot content before you commit to inventory.
In-stock sample models usually ship within 2–5 working days; configured or commercial demo units take 5–10 working days. Samples go by DHL, FedEx or UPS, so most destinations receive them in 3–7 days after dispatch.
It depends on the product and how deep the customization goes. Logo and packaging changes on consumer devices typically start at 200–500 pcs per model, while commercial kiosks, signage and terminals can start at 10–50 units per configuration. Each product page lists its reference MOQ.
Logo, colors, retail packaging and manuals are the simplest changes. With ODM we can also change the enclosure (private mold), the hardware configuration, firmware, the operating system UI, the AI voice/persona, supported languages and the companion app.
After the final sample, artwork or drawings are approved and the deposit is received, bulk orders usually take 25–45 days depending on quantity and customization. Fully new ODM projects add design and tooling time, which we schedule with you up front.
We support CE, FCC, RoHS and ISO 9001-based quality management, plus regional certifications such as UKCA, GCC/SASO, CB, SIRIM, ANATEL and NOM. Tell us your target market and we will confirm which certificates an exact model already holds and which can be arranged.
Samples can be paid by T/T, PayPal or Western Union. For bulk and OEM/ODM orders the standard terms are a 30% T/T deposit with the 70% balance before shipment; L/C at sight is available for larger commercial projects.
We quote EXW or FOB Shenzhen by default, and can quote CIF or DDP door-to-door on request. Bulk goods ship by sea or air freight; samples and small orders go by international express.
Consumer devices carry a 12-month warranty and commercial terminals 12–24 months, extendable with a service contract. We supply spare parts and remote technical support, and replace units that are defective on arrival.

Most of our AI devices support multilingual voice interaction, and translator products cover 40+ languages with offline language packs on selected models. For OEM/ODM projects the voice assistant, wake word and default language can be configured for your market.
